The classification of aluminum plates is determined by the different processing methods adopted in the production process of aluminum materials. Aluminum sheet is made by heating, rolling, straightening, solid solution and aging heat.
Aluminum sheet plate can be formed by different processing methods, and the quality of processing methods also determines the quality of aluminum sheet, as well as the level of grade.
1. Embossed aluminum plate:
Embossed aluminium plate is a kind of aluminium plate which is processed on the basis of aluminium plate by calendering. Embossed aluminum board is mainly used in packaging, integrated ceiling, building curtain wall and so on.
2, brushed aluminum plate:
The main process flow of drawing aluminum plate consists of three parts, namely, ester removal, sand mill and water washing. Aluminum sheet material in the process of wire drawing, to use sandpaper for repeated friction of the line treatment, the surface of the aluminum sheet will be treated after a clear appearance of a trace, so as to achieve wire drawing effect, and then through anodic treatment, it will be formed on the surface of aluminum sheet containing a special metal. The film layer can play a protective role against corrosion.
3. Anodized aluminum plate:
The formation of anodic aluminum oxide needs to undergo an electrolytic oxidation process. First, the aluminum plate should be placed in the electrolyte as an anode, and then under certain conditions on the current for electrolytic oxidation process, and finally formed a thin layer of alumina on the surface of the aluminum plate. It seems simple to say so, but in fact, the ordinary oxidation process adopted by the general aluminum enterprises in China is more complicated and the defective rate is higher.
4. Mirror aluminum plate:
Mirror aluminum sheet needs to be processed by rolling technology, grinding and other methods to make the surface of aluminum sheet show mirror effect. In the developed countries, the production of mirror aluminum plate is usually made by rolling and rolling.
