Because it does not contain other metal elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in the conventional industry at present. At present, the majority of circulation in the market is 1050 and 1060 series. The lowest aluminium content of 1000 series aluminium sheets is determined by the last two Arabic numbers. For example, the last two Arabic numbers of 1050 series are 50. According to the naming principle of international brands, the aluminium content must be above 99.5% before qualified products are obtained. Our country’s aluminium alloy technical standard (gB/T3880-2006) also clearly stipulates that the aluminium content of 1050 can reach 99.5%. Similarly, the aluminium content of 1060 series aluminium plates must reach 99.6%.
2 x x x series aluminium plates
2 x x x series aluminium sheets: representing 2A16 (LY16), 2A06 (LY6). The hardness of 2 x x series aluminium sheets is higher, and the content of copper element is the highest, about 3-5%. 2 x x x series aluminium sheet belongs to aviation aluminium material, which is not widely used in conventional industry at present. At present, there are few factories producing 2 x x series aluminium sheets in China. The quality can not be compared with foreign countries. At present, imported aluminium sheets are mainly supplied by Korean and German manufacturers. With the development of China’s aerospace industry, the production technology of 2 x x series aluminium sheet will be further improved.
3 x x x series aluminium plates
3 x x x series of aluminium sheets: representing 3003, 3004, 3A21 mainly. It can also be called anti-rust aluminium plate. The production process of 3 x x series aluminium sheet in China is excellent. The main component of 3 * series aluminium sheets is manganese, with content ranging from 1.0% to 1.5%. It is a series with better rust-proof function. Conventional applications in air conditioning, refrigerators, car bottoms and other humid environment, the price is higher than 1 x x series, is a more commonly used alloy series.
4 x x x series aluminium plates
4 x x x series aluminium sheet: representative 4A01. The aluminium sheet of 4 x x series belongs to the series with high silicon content. Usually the silicon content is between 4.5 and 6.0%. 6 x x x series aluminium sheets
6 x x x series aluminium sheet: representing 6061. It mainly contains magnesium and silicon, so it concentrates the advantages of 4 x x x series and 5 x x x series. 6061 is a cold-treated aluminium forging product, which is suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has good usability, excellent interface characteristics, easy coating and good workability. It can be used in low-pressure weapons and aircraft joints.
7 x x x series aluminium sheets
7 x x x series aluminium sheet: representing 7075 aluminum. It mainly contains zinc. It also belongs to aviation series, is Al-Mg-Zn-Cu alloy, heat-treated alloy, belongs to superhard aluminium alloy, has good wear resistance. 7075 aluminium sheet is stress-relieved and will not deform or warp after processing. All super-large and super-thick 7075 aluminium sheets are detected by ultrasonic wave, which can ensure that there are no sand holes and impurities. 7075 aluminium sheet has high thermal conductivity, shorten forming time and improve working efficiency.
